ChartRead offers paid subscriptions processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account management link. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@chartread.ai.
Pro access keys are issued to individual users and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke keys used in violation of these terms.
We strive to provide accurate chart analysis but make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartRead and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
